CANCELLATION POLICY

By scheduling this appointment, you understand and accept the terms of our cancellation policy, and you authorize your technician and/or 2nd Skin Studio to charge your credit card on file up to 50% of the service value if you neglect to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 36 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as far in advance as possible via the link in your appointment confirmation or reminder email, or you may call/text your technician directly: Andrea (248)345-2500, Traci (734)657-6269, Lucas (517)304-2822. If you are running late, please call/text your technician directly to let them know. We will try our best to accommodate your needs, however if you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled, and the cancellation fee guidelines will apply. There is often construction along most routes to our studio, so please plan accordingly. Repeated lateness, late cancellations and/or no-shows will result in a pre-payment requirement for future visits, or refusal of service. Thank you for your cooperation.
